So I'm not the best blogger around...but at least I have some good excuses. It's the peak of my wedding season and "free" time is not easily found. Key Lime Goodness

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! This key lime "pie" is the real deal...no fake green thingy here. Made with fresh key lime juice; it's a refreshing finish to a heavy holiday meal.
